Opened in 1981, the Phoenician Golf Course is one of several in the club. With views of Downtown Phoenix, the golf course has been refashioned to include 18 holes instead of 27, with golf course architect Phil Smith rerouting the course and re-contouring the fairways to turn it into one of the most memorable courses in Scottsdale.

The Phoenician Golf Club and an on-site restaurant called 19th Hole serve to enhance the experience.

The 18-hole Ambiente Course is one of two courses at JW Marriott at Camelback Golf Club. A links style Jason Straka-designed golf course, Ambiente features rolling fairways and sloping greens.
